I had a wonderful experience at the resort, with stunning views, excellent food, and genuinely warm staff. The service was top-notch, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. While the rooms were a bit lacking in visibility and cleanliness, the overall ambience and amenities more than made up for it. I would recommend it for a peaceful getaway, but be prepared for a few minor issues.
I had an amazing stay at The Raviz Kadavu, especially enjoying the stunning river view from my room. The hospitality was incredible, particularly from Jibin and his team, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. However, I did notice some areas that required improvement, particularly the condition of some rooms, which need refurbishment to meet the expectations of a luxury hotel experience.
I had high hopes for this riverside resort, given its beautiful surroundings and great dining options, but my experience was far from perfect. The check-in process was a bit chaotic, and although the rooms were in decent shape, they could definitely use some modernization. The restaurant served wonderful food and the staff there were genuinely polite, but it was overshadowed by the issues I faced at other areas of the hotel.
